Prior to co-founding REDP, Mr. Ouimet was most recently in a senior management role at Weston and Sampson Engineers, one of New England's oldest interdisciplinary engineering firms. Mr. Ouimet is a veteran of the first Persian Gulf War, having served as a Captain in the United States Air Force. He holds a Bachelor of Nuclear Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Prior to establishing REDP, Mr. Melehan has held managerial positions in large scale real estate development and heavy civil construction firms. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University and a MS in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
